The luxury suites, suites and guestrooms were all completed significantly below industry standard costs per key. The luxury suites included a complete renovation of living area, bedrooms and bathrooms with state-of-the-art technology throughout. Features include a 4-panel flat screen entertainment center, infinity edge Jacuzzi tubs, 32” square rain shower and beds with adjustable lumbar and temperature balancing technology. The luxury suites were completed for $174/sf inclusive of: design, architectural, structural, MEP, construction, materials and FF&E.
The suites and standard guestrooms were completed for total turnkey costs of $64/sf and $20/sf respectfully.
Innovativo Design provided procurement services of FF&E and materials and assisted with the contractor selection for the suite and guest room projects.
